HARVEST & WILD FISH MENU

In this autumn special menu, we wanted to respect the produce from our own fields, domestic wild fish stocks and offerings from the Finnish nature. The vegetables and herbs are ecologically grown with our partner Green City Farm. Mushrooms and lingonberries are brought to Carelia’s kitchen with love by our mushroom picker Mikko Haveri for over ten years. We also want to support the livelihoods of fishermen by using our waterways world-class ingredient, domestic wild fish.
